Beautify Vault Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@beautifyvault.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address we provide once your return request is approved. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right ASAP.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
Need a different size or item? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
